What is a Cupboard Fold?

The cupboard fold consists of two valley folds.
It is similar to closing a pair of cupboard doors.
The cupboard fold is used in many models.

Start with a rectangle. Valley fold in half (along the centerline) and unfold. Cupboard fold. That is, valley fold so that the long edges lie along the centerline.... ...In progress.
