  1. Book fold one flap front and rear.
  2. Petal fold all four flaps.
  3. Turn the model over, so the petals point up.
  4. Valley fold the lower edges in toward the centerline.
  5. Valley fold the petals down.
  6. Curl the petals. Try to make a smooth curve, not a sharp crease.

The finished 4-Petal flower.
