How to Make an Outside Reverse Fold

A traditional fold, as diagrammed by Andrew Anselmo, and adapted by Jasper.
The outside reverse fold is a simple fold that takes less than a minute to make.
This fold is very common.
The instructions are quite detailed. If they give you any difficulty, please let me know.

The Diagrams:

Diagrams for steps 1-3.
  1. Given a folded tip...
  2. ...crease along a line with both a mountain fold and a valley fold.
  3. Like so.
Adjust the crease, so that the tip
is where you want it to be when you are done.
    Unfold to Step 1.
Diagrams for steps 4-6.
  1. Now, reopen the fold just made...
  2. ...fold the tip backwards,
making valley folds on both sides of the paper.
You will have to open the folded tip a little.
  3. The completed outside reverse fold.
